Prices shown for original paintings are for custom-framed or gallery-wrapped paintings (unless otherwise noted). You can see my framed originals on my home page. Fine art prints are available in various sizes. You can buy them unframed on poster paper, or choose from a selection of paper types, matting and frames. Prices shown are for unframed prints on poster paper. Click on the "Go to Frame Shop" button to make other choices.
1. Buyers have an unconditional right to return any item within 7 (seven) business days following delivery of the purchased item (with the exception of commissioned works).
2. Work that is commissioned by the buyer, and which is created specifically for that buyer, is non-refundable.
3. Every effort will be made to depict the original artwork as accurately as possible, however, buyer should be aware that colors do not always appear exactly the same on different computer monitors. Nevertheless, your satisfaction is guaranteed.
4. Refunds will be issued within 7 (seven) business days following the receipt of the returned item. Refunds will include the purchase price of the item and any applicable sales tax, but will not include the cost of return shipping unless the item was delivered damaged to the buyer.
5. The buyer may request that any disputes regarding damaged items or other issues between the buyer and myself be mediated by Artspan. If this service is requested, both parties must agree to abide by the decision and/or recommendations made by Artspan.
